Global Sign/SSL

1. Install SSL Certificate
2. Copy Certificate + Private Key
3. Autofill by Certificate
4. Install (Bottom)
5. SSL Hosts successfully installed
6. Make sure the website is secure or secure the website via .htaccess.

Global Sign expired

1. WHM – Manage SSL Hosts
2. Search for Actual domain
3. Delete in order to Lets Encrypt

Wildcards

1. Wild card SSL’s-means install on all profiles
2. View current Domains (Manage SSLhosts, WHM)
3. List current Domains
4. Go through domains ( One by One)
5. Ticket response make it, clear which domains are protected.

Had a ticket where there were permission that needed tweaking as SSL didn’t have permissions to be added.

• File Manager to check .well known (Permissions were denied)
• Chown- changes the owner
